Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using RenewTrack websites, you agree to these terms. Customer use of the RenewTrack platform is governed by a separate written agreement between RenewTrack and the customer. Where that agreement and these terms conflict in relation to the platform, that agreement governs.

Use of materials

You may view and use website materials for legitimate business evaluation. You may not misrepresent RenewTrack content, remove ownership notices, interfere with the service, or use the materials in violation of applicable law.

Ownership

RenewTrack and its licensors own the website, its content, branding, and related intellectual property, except for third-party materials. All rights are reserved except for the limited use expressly permitted by these terms.

Product and website content

Product examples may contain illustrative workspace data. Resource content is general information and does not replace legal, financial, security, or procurement advice for your organisation.

Disclaimer

The website and its materials are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, RenewTrack disclaims warranties not expressly included in a written customer agreement.

Limitations

Liability for customer use of the RenewTrack platform is governed by the applicable written agreement.

Website materials should not be relied on as a guarantee of savings, pricing, compliance, or negotiation outcome. Any decision you take based on them is your own.

To the extent permitted by law, RenewTrack is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profit, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the website or its materials. RenewTrack's total liability arising from your use of the website will not exceed one hundred Canadian dollars (CAD $100). Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how RenewTrack collects, uses, and handles personal information through the website.

Governing law and forum

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of Ontario sitting in Toronto. Nothing in this section removes any protection available to you under the consumer protection laws of your place of residence that cannot be waived by agreement.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always published on this page, with the date it took effect shown at the top. Changes take effect when published, and continued use of the website after that date means you accept them. If you do not accept a change, please stop using the website.

General

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, it will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will stay in effect. A delay in enforcing any right does not waive it.
