Give customers the clearer view
The customer should be able to understand the renewal without waiting for the vendor quote to assemble the picture.
About RenewTrack
RenewTrack began with a problem two sales professionals kept seeing from both sides of the industry. The information customers needed often existed. It just did not reach them early enough to help with the decision.

Where it began
The honest renewal picture was not reaching the customer when it could still help.
Before RenewTrack, its founders worked in sales across vendors and channel partners. They saw how renewal information moved between sales teams, partners, internal owners, and customers.
Too often, the customer did not receive a complete picture early enough. A renewal date might be known while responsibility, current costs, key terms, and the internal decision were still being worked out.
Renewals were not what the founders were paid to manage. But when a renewal was unclear, other customer work slowed down. The same problem kept returning, no matter which side of the relationship they were working on.
What would change if the customer had a reliable renewal record of its own?
That question became RenewTrack. What we believe
A renewal date matters, but it is only one part of the decision. The team also needs to know who is responsible, what the renewal costs today, where the key terms can be found, and what needs to happen next.
When those facts are available earlier, Finance, IT, Procurement, and business owners have more time to prepare together.
How we approach the problem
The customer should be able to understand the renewal without waiting for the vendor quote to assemble the picture.
Renewal information is most useful before the deadline begins driving the decision.
Dates, owners, costs, terms, and contacts should help people prepare, not create another complicated process.
